When I start up vdj pro 7.04 all the hi/mid/low pots are on zero along with the volume fader I also started to suffer with bad sound problems (distortion) this is all happened after I re installed a fresh copy of vdj and I have to reboot laptop and mc6000 about 6 times a night please help

Vdj 7.04 pro 2 deck mode
All latest firmwares
Sony viao Windows 7 64bit dual core
8th ram
Dp latency checked all un necessary devices disabled

I would download vdj again, backup your "my documents -> vdj folder" uninstall vdj, reinstall new one, then paste a copy of your backed up vdj folder over the new one to restore your settings and mappers as before.

If you are still wanting to have your knobs set at 50% you can map the ONINIT function of your controller or your keyboard to any settiongs you wish for when your controller initiates on load

they hide it pretty well, I only found it by accident a while back

how do i write the key for mid hi low to be on half way point along with the line volume ive tried but cant seem to do it i want the pots to be set on flat setting and the line fader on full please help

deck 1 eq_low 50% & deck 1 eq_mid 50% & deck 1 eq_high 50% & deck 1 volume 100%

just use "deck 2" for the other deck

cant seem to find the deck 1 or deck 2 in the settngs do i have to have my mc6000 conected to do this or just from the drop down list in the mapper section or just use as your picture suggests simple midi mapper. i also dont know how to add mapper keys i need to be taught like a 2 year old sorry for my thickness lol
