I was using my Numark iDJ3, and it removed all the singing and turned songs into just instrumental. The singing was still there but very faint in the background. VDJ support says, he's never heard of this before and I must be running instrumental version. I don't own any instrumental versions of songs. I was getting the songs from my library in iTunes. Has anyone else had this happen and how'd you fix the problem?

It is correct that you can not remove 100% of the vocals to get an instrumental.
Think about mixing blue and red ink in a glas. Now you should remove the red one.... **LOL**
You can remove many of the vocal parts by filters but it can't be a 100% clear removal of the vocals only.
I think that is what the Support want's to tell you.
