the above layout is not possible. You cant have 2 browsers in the same screen. I think that it belongs more to the Wishes Forum rather than the Skins Forum.
 
This skin is not possible with the current skin engine for many reasons... However it would be nice if we could handle some aspects of the software differently ;)
 
No I'm not skinning Tracker, I'm just a country boy.

Shame it's not possible.
 
That it is Charlie...its a cool layout...lol .seems to me that skinner "Bruno vt" was attempting to do this in his "Rmx Style v.2"...
