Topic: Hercules RMX add ons...

hey there forum!!!

So lately i've been using the RMX and I have fallen in love. The one thing I dislike are the jog wheels. These jog wheels are made for elf's with midget hands and my hands are big. So my goal for you guys is if you can give me some alternatives for the jog wheels that are decent sized and less than $250 each.

It's like saying " I love you honey, but could you get out of that wheelchair". You love the controller, but don't like the small jog wheels? Did you see the controller before you fell in love?
 
No, I actually didn't see it before I got it but like i said i'm wiling to use the RMX as a sound card and mixer and with your help chose 2 decent jog wheel replacements for less than $250.

Maybe you could swap it for a Hercules DJ Console 4-Mx? This has much bigger jogwheels that are also pressure sensitive for scratching (Unlike the RMX which are not.)

Another cost effective alternative is the Numark MixTrack Pro.

NOTE: Hercules RMX DJ Console Edition can only be used with the Hercules DJ Console RMX. If you want to be able to use other MIDI controllers alongside it, you would need to upgrade to the full VirtualDJ Professional.

I already have VDJ pro and the thing is I really dont want to by a new controller but i will like a epacement for the jog wheel...

I had a problem with the jog wheels. Did you know you can change their function from cd to vinyl? Change it to vinyl and see what happens. Vinyl is better for people with big or heavy hands.
