Okay, so i'm new to VDJ, and i've just noticed (after recording a mix) that a strange crackling sort of noise comes out when mixing another track into the track already playing. It makes this noise if i adjust the bass, volume, move the crossfader, or the treble, well, pretty much anything :/
Is this down to my sound card / speed of my computer / VDJ Version?
I'm using VDJ Version 5.0 rev 6
My computer is: 2.53 GHz, 1.5GB RAM, plenty of GB in my Harddrive...
Can i change the quality of the sound, if so, will this help?
Thanks!
Rory

This is a very old and out-of-date version of the software. Please upgrade to the latest version by going to http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html - There have been many changes and improvements to the software since then, including a fix for the above problem with safe mode.
