Forum: General Discussion

Topic: Where do you guys purchase your tunes?

由于该帖子已年深日久,可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

I'm using Promo Only, but have been looking into Screenplay a bit. I fill in the gaps with Itunes or AmazonMP3. I'm sure there are other rockin legal sites out there, so what do you all use?

EDIT: To clarify, I work mostly in rooms where Top 40 and classic hits fill up 98% of my night.

maybe the mods can make this a sticky in the "music discussion" forum because this topic pops up frequently...seems like we just went over this. LOL Did you use the "search" feature of the forum? :)

To answer your question...

my main sources are items directly from labels associated with my Billboard Club DJ reportership.

to fill in my gaps:
itunes
masterbeat
beatport
amazon
Dixie Dance Kings (physical record pool - www.dancekings.com)
Zip DJ (online record pool - zipdj.com)
Starfleet Music Pool (online record pool - starfleetmusic.com)

I did search sorry, only one I found was just about videos. Thanks for responding, and I agree this would be a good sticky thread.

"legal sites" I keep waiting on someone to explain legal sites on this forum. (Most won't like the answer)
Especially the "Re-mixers".... Ouch!

iatf :)

^ haha iatf!

I currently use AmazonMP3 because it is normally cheaper than iTunes and Amazon does .mp3 format while iTunes gives me .mp4 and my Numark NDX400 isn't compatible with .mp4
