Topic: Mix Track Pro and Windows 7 Issue. PLEASE HELP!!

Hello,

I can use some help with the Mix Track Pro. Using Windows 7
I think I've tried everything, but the right thing apparently.

I've installed the Virtual DJ LE that comes with the console.
But the message it's just the same since first day. When i double click the VDJ icon, when it's on "Initializing external devices" the error message pops up " The controller has not been detected. Please plug in the controller and start VirtualDj again"

Just tried with another Windows7 laptop and it worked just fine. Dont know why? Please help ASAP!

yo try unplugging your mixtrack from ur laptop or PC and plugging it back in this should reset and turn ur controller back on then re open virtual dj if it doesnt work ur computer is not reading ur controller. i have windows 7 and mixtrack pro and it works fine sometime i get that error reading but its nothing serious.
 
i have this problem too. i have re-installed the drivers, deleted the drivers and reinstalled VDJ (not sure if that would do anything atall but hey). i REFUSE to reformat my computer. as i have about 2TB worth of sound production which i cannot be bothered to move around.
 
Anyone has similar issues, please download and install AGAIN the LE version from your Download Center.
 
You should backup your 2Tb worth of sound production and your complete music collection regularly if you have not already done so.
