Topic: Mixtrack Pro vs. RMX (Sound Quality)

由于该帖子已年深日久,可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

I'm stuck on deciding to buy the RMX or Mixtrack Pro.

Both had an internal sound card. So, which produces a more quality sound through external speakers?
Also, since RMX includes VirtualDJ 5 DJC Edition, is that the same as the limited edition?
Thanks,
Danny Boy

I'm not familiar with those two models but would assume both are in the same ball park regards sound quality, being of acceptable quality for professional use.

Check out this link for a comparison ....

V5 is getting a bit old now but your version will work with your controller.
In V7 only the full pro version will support your controller.

VirtualDJ Home is free and will offer additional features BUT does not support Controllers.

There may be an upgrade path giving you a discount for V7 go here ......http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
Under Panel UPGRADE TO VIRTUALDJ PRO .........Enter the keycode of your current product: ..............this will show any discount.
For Example my DMC2 upgrade would cost $199 instead of the usual $299, but yours may be different, so check with support.

I have the Home edition for my computer.
Is the Pro edition the same as the 10 minute trial using home edition w/ a controller?

VirtualDJ Pro Full offers these features additional to VirtualDJ Home ....
Broadcast, Output video in Full Screen,
Microphone support,
Separate Deck Audio Output,
Timecode Vinyl Control,
MIDI/HID Controller/Mixer Support,
Plugin / Skin downloads,
Enhanced forum level,

Yes it is...And I have the mixtrack pro & love it. I have used it for 1 gig so far and I have not had an issue at all with the sound quality.
