I did an event a couple of days ago where the client wanted to be able to allow the guests to send messages by SMS to me to be displayed on my screen, so I used a USB internet dongle from the provider "3". Their software allows you to see all SMS messages sent to the dongle and thus it's then very easy to copy messages and paste them within SBDJ Scroll Text.
The hardware I'm using is the Denon HC4500 controller. Previously I've never had any problems with this controller but this time I constantly lost connectivity with the controller, so I'm guessing it must have had something to do with the USB dongle?
A couple of times I restarted VDJ and made sure the controller was fine, but then once I started to connect to the net with the dongle all connectivity from the 4500 was lost.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?
