I downloaded the above effect into the SOUNDEFFECT folder in VDJ but that is an exe file and not a dll file and when I try to run the exe file I am getting a message that this is "not a valid WIN32 application?

I took it out of the folder and placed on my desktop but same error message when i try to run it.

That's strange... I just tested it (clicking "Run" instead of download) and it installed successfully.
I'm also running 32-bit Windows... Maybe try a run to see if it's any better?
