Topic: FUNNIEST THING I'VE WATCHED IN A WHILE!

a freind of mine sent me this on FB and the longer i watched the funnier it got. this is for all the REAL DJ's out there to enjoy. if the message offends you then maybe you should follow the instructions in the video.

Sad part, is that a lot of VDJ users are a reprensation of that video.

Or they use songs with strictly intros outros.
 
its not just vdj users that fall into that category.
 
hmm that makes me think

i cant scratch, except on one sound and in only one pattern thats pretty crud.
im not a major by ear beat matcher

so i think i can kinda relate to that...

mind you i do have everything else i need, except a lighting rig and a dj name.

thinking about it im not a "new" dj either...just an unpracticed one...i just dont have the time.

meh i suppose thats why im a bedroom dj!

I try and make my own outro/intro - mainly b/c I'm too cheap to get those *mix services.

And I am just learning. Don't scratch, though... unless something itches. :)
 
That was a great laugh!!!!! I think i'm a Dj cause my mommy bought me serato today.....
 
intros are pretty easy to make. ive found the easiest way is, and ive done this several times for guys at the gym to walk to the cage with. grab a load of samples and load them into different slots in vdj. play them in the order you want and hey presto. if you want your dj name or some vocals download some voice changer software and just use yous mic to record. using ableton live is good for your vocals too as it tweaks a lot better.

im no expert with ableton but its helped me out a few times. come to think of it im positive i have all the ableton tutorial videos somewhere???? think ill have a look for them.

This video is Not about serato. Its a Video where some people think that just because their mom bought them Dj software, they think that they can become a DJ without having any skills. With technology now, Its easier for many to be come a dj and many they think its just 1,2,3.

um look at my videos on youtube all with VDJ i scratch beat match juggle do it all? i don't understand your statement.

both users of vdj and both top class djays. theres loads of vids on youtube of tons of good djays who use vdj im not sure where the idea comes from there arent any.
