Please - THE HOME VERSION WORKS OK with the IPhone remote and THE PRO VERSION DOESN' T

I know all about the home version !!! Its NOT the home version that is a problem !!!!!!! - and the HOME version Surely wont ber a solution as I ve saif IF you are using it for commercial use ??????

I want to buy the PRO version ONLY if I see if working with the remote app

so can we get back to the central issue !!!

Have you tried disabling your friends firewall and antivirus while using Pro?
 
I am trying to run the app on a XP pro machine and an iPad, the screen on the pad is telling me "Trying to locate Virtual DJ"
HELP!!
 
 
Install Bonjour on PC, should I install the App for Bonjour on iPad?
 
No, just on the PC

Done that and still nothing.
 
Click on your PCs Start menu and start a console window by typing cmd in the execute dialogue. A bacl console window should open.

Type ping an the ip address of your iphone - like ping 192.168.1.123. Yu should get some results in ms. If you get a unreachable error your Computer does not see your iPhone.

In that case it's something with your Wireless lan - maybe the devices are blocked by the router firewall ?

This problem doesn't appear on iPhone, it has been reported only on iPad so far.

yes i had this problem- but loading the default skin works well
 
I bought an iPhone5, it doesn't connect to virtualDJ on my laptop. Did something change? Or should it work?
 
Maybe coz the iPhone 5 just came out last week and ther isn't a app ready for it. I suggest u open up an e ticket, u mite get a quick response
Or open a new thread in the Mac discussion area

Hey guys i can't open my virtua dj l in my ipod and i paid yet so how can i get my money back
 
 
Should this app be working with iPad mini. I downloaded it and when started it stays on the TRYING TO RECONNECT.
I know the iPad is connected correctly because the MonkeyMote for Winamp works great.

Please help
 
Oh, and I did try turning off ZoneAlarm and that didn't help
 
Yes, there is no reason it should not work with the mini.

Check everything once again from the two links posted above.
