They are quite busy. We do not have a staff of thousands, so you will not get an immediate answer most times. Be patient, and they will get to you in the order that you asked. Is there something that the forum can help you with? If not, support will get to you.

It occasionally takes them a little bit to get to everyone's issues cause like stated before there isn't a staff of thousands dedicated to answering tickets and taking calls. However, 9 times out of 10 you can ask a question here on the forums and it get worked out due to the vast knowledge of people of this forum. So, feel free to post your question/problem (in the appropriate section"PC support" "Mac support" or "Hardware support" sections) and see if you can't get some help here on the forums as well as through support.
