Hi, I am a PRO USER & I recently purchased a used Hercules RMX without software and would like to update/add hardware to my profile. (Little hardware Icon under user level). How can I accomplish this???

Go to http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and add the serial number of the LE VirtualDJ that came with your console.

There is an icon for all controllers which are bundled with a VirtualDJ LE. Those 2 do not.

If you bought the RMX without the software then your not going to be able to register it since the serial number is located on the software CD sleeve, even if you had the software you still might not be able to register it to your account if the previous owner already registered it.

I upgraded from a Numark Total Control which I bought new with the software and registered the Total Control. I bought the Hercules RMX used without the software. So I guess I am unable to register the Hercules RMX??

Correct. But its only an icon for you. In your case, beeing already Professional Edition Users doesnt change much. If you were a No Licence user then you couldnt use the Upgrade discount.
