hey guys hAD this problem b4 and vdj help did a great job in helping me but iv submitted my ticket again but no reply i need sum help as i need vdj going again asap please... im getting no reply from vdj support team??? can anyone help my vdj in crashin for no reason

youl'll have to exlplain more details then you have more chance of an answer
 
And it's thanksgiving in the USA so none of the Atomix guys will be in the office.
 
sorry but i need a quick fix like!!!! thought id get a bit of support
 
Sorry to sound a bit off but the info you have given us is worse than useless.

Start off with system specs, OS, VDJ version, soundcard and hardware you use and we can go from there.
 
mate whats up.give us some explanation of your problem.what happening.what are you doing when it crashes ect
 
when i open vdj it just closes and i dont know why!!! this happened before and support went into my computer and put in another version and it worked then i went to upgrade to vdj7 and it just keeps closing it says virtualdj has unexpectedly quit!!
 
ok try delete vdj from your mac.(NOT YOUR VDJ FOLDER WITH XML ECT.) then do a fresh download from your download centre.
whick skin are you using ie size 1024x768 ect.before you install vdj go to your display on mac and select same size as skin your going to use.
if this does not work ask vdj for whichever version worked for you.
then go to this from hercules site to help make laptop with didital djing http://ts.hercules.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=17&fid=62&pid=215&cid=6

just saw the vdj suppoer team put a special download in my download centre so all good again. thanks guys
 
still go to hercules and look at the tips.
also search vdj for hints and tips they work mate
