VirtualDJ - I Posted This Saturday, Not 1 Person Can Help? (cn)

I just got my 2 new Denon S3700 in a few days ago.
Have a few problems that i can't seem to get worked out.
I've been all through these and Denon forums looking for answers,
I really don't know what i'm doing wrong. Here it is.
I hooked up my 3700's, installed all the drivers from the disk, inlucuding Denon asio driver V2.1
updated the firmware, i'm using VDJ 7, The decks are in default settings mode. I didn't change anything.
I open up vdj, the decks are recognized, they light up ect,, i load a song on the left deck, and it also shows up in the right deck.
I hit play and the config/settings screen opens up, and won't close.
I really need to get this worked out,
Figured I would ask the BEST of the BEST.
What else should I do?
ANY help would be great,

Dell XPS M1730 Laptop
Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit
8Gbs Of Memory
Intel(R) core(TM)2 Duo Cpu 2.6 Ghz
1.16 Tb (2 Hardrives Installed) Raid 0 Config.
All current windows updates installed.
