I just got a new Numark C3USB, and I'm trying to configure it so that I can connect both USB outs on my Macbook Pro (10.6.4) to Ch3 and Ch4 on the C3USB via two USB cables. However both ports are recognized as "USB Audio Codec" and play out of the same channel. I've read similar threads, but no solution for my particular application. Any thoughts?
When I go to Audio MIDI Setup, the "Audio" menu at the top of the screen does not appear. This is apparently where I would create an aggregate device (this seems to be the solution in many other threads).
Need this tomorrow! Anybody have some guesses?
Thanks!
Jeff

My workaround: Hook one USB out into the mixer and a second into my M-Audio fasttrack pro THEN into the mixer. Now my computer recognizes that I have two distinct USB outs. Works fine, but skirts the issue.
I've seen lots of posts via a google search about using the aggregate device function to have TWO distinct USB outputs recognized (rather than both being the same). Everything I've seen boils down to users not using an account with admin privileges. Since my account DOES have admin privs, I'm lost for what to do. Doesn't sound like anyone has found the fix.

I use one USB cable out to a powered USB hub located in my cube and then one USB cable into each of the USB ports on the back of the C3USB.
