How do i set it up?
I have a Macbook with 2 usb ports
Numark DJ IO
2 S3700's
My problem was the following...i was using VDJ for a while and it was great so i decided while i was playing midi i switched to cd mode and VDJ crashed, now only One deck plays as both when i hit the eject button it just switch the light on deck One it doesn't switch to Deck Two.
When i start midi on both players they are good to go however when i run VDJ only Deck One shows 001, Deck two still on "complete" and doesn't work.
I did follow the steps as always i have Midi CH1 Unit Set 1 & Midi CH2 Unit Set 2.....i even tried to set it on Unit Set "All" as recommended on other posts but still won't work properly.
The sound card set up is always: None - External Mixer - Two Channels (s3700 & Aggregate)
So i decided to buy a DJ IO to see if this will solve the problem however i don't know if i need to plug it into the Mac or add a usb port, since the S3700's must go directly to the Mac. I tried support 3 TIMES, but as u can see below....as of November 1st i'm still waiting...please anyone can give me a hand? or contact me directly at (305) 562-3854 JC I greatly appreciate any help!

There is a problem if you switch the 3700's out of midi to cd. Crashes everytime. I don't know what causes it.
If I have to play a cd, I insert the cd into the computers drive and open the content through virtual dj, and it works just fine.
