Hi Guys,

I need some help please.

I want to change the behavior of my jog wheels but have no idea on how to do it.

I would like them to do 2 things.

1. When the scratch light is lit up, I would like them to just be able to move songs forward and back, getting the song ready for playing
But once the song is playing, I do not want to be able to effect the song in anyway.

2. When the scratch light is off, the jog wheels go straight into browser mode so I can go through my songs without having to hold buttons down

Not sure if this is possible but I would be very grateful for any help

i dont know if u can map the wheels, u can try that
 
Try to assign this to your jogwheel..

vinyl_mode ? play ? nothing : jogwheel : browser_scroll

but you will need an extra button to chose between folders and songs to scroll.


Or you can assign the left jog to scroll folders and the right one to scroll songs. Then you have to assign the jogwheel as ..

vinyl_mode ? play ? nothing : jogwheel : action_deck 1 ? browser_window 'folders' & browser_scroll : browser_window 'songs' & browser_scroll

I'm not sure about the second one..try it.
