I have the Radius 3000 package
(2) Radius 3000's
(1) QD6 mixer
I have full control with the MIDI function on my Radius 3000's, but I am not getting any signal into my mixer. Sound is not coming through my headphones either plugged into mixer. However, sound it coming out of my laptop speaker. Plugged in are both USB cables from my Radius 3000 decks.
In sound setup I have checked:
Inputs: None (should it be timecodes?)
Outputs: External Mixer
Sound card: mono 2 separated (I don't want to plug into the headphone jack though)
Customer support said I do not need an external sound card to do this and that I can run the internal sound cards of the Radius 3000's to get sound through my mixer. Not sure if that is correct, but overall I'm getting no sound into my mixer.
By the way I have the PRO version, not sure why it says I'm unregistered.

Hi, I'd put a suport ticket in (by clicking on support in the top right hand corner) about it not thinking you're registered when you should be. Sometimes there are posts only visible to professional edition users and you won't be able to download any effects or skins at the moment.
Anyway, like you said the radius 3000s have no built in audio interface, so to get sound to your mixer you either need to buy a cable that goes from the headphone socket of your laptop to your mixer, or buy an audio interface.
Most built in sound cards aren't that great and you'll get a bit of latency (delay between pressng the button and hearing the sound) becuase they aren't meant for DJing with. And your sound will be in mono rather than stereo.
So the best option is to buy a professional sound card to go with the professional decks you've got. :)
Alot of people seem to like the numark "DJ IO" which has 2 stereo outputs, and there's also the maya 44 usb, but I'd recommend the NI "audio 2 DJ". I don't have it, but NI have a good reputation.
