digital jukebox
I have VDJ 7 on a PC. I am a KJ (Karaoke DJ) and I use the File Info Box to attach singer's name to the Comment Box. That way I can manage what song is requested by what singer. With the new version I experience a freeze several times each night when I right click on a Karaoke song and select "File Info". I get no message stating that VDJ is recovering but I am unable to do anything on the skin and it continues to play what is in my playlist. I use "Auto DJ" to run my shows. After 3 or 4 song files the program starts to act normal again on it's own. I am using a dual core PC with 4 gigs of RAM.
Ideas?
I have used task manager, under "Processes" I right click on Virtual DJ and I set Priority to High but this still does not alleviate the freeze. Please keep in mind that i can manage the comments for an hour before the freeze occurs. I will work normally and I will right click on a song and the program freezes.
