just was wondering if i upgrade to version 7 will all my cue points and analyzed music still be there or will i need to re-cue everything and re-analyze my music?

Yes, all information will be retained.
However, it is a good idea to make a backup - Simply make a copy of /users/YOURNAME/Documents/VirtualDJ to a USB flash drive, external hard drive, etc.
NOTE: You should backup your database on a regular basis if the information contained in it is important to you. If using external drives, you should also backup the database found at the root of each drive. Also, please ensure that you backup your entire music collection.
