First of, I am estatic with this and can already see the possibilities it is going to open up.
Not sure if this is the right form or not as it might be cross for both PC and MAC...
Anyway here is what I have found using the 1280x1024 6 deck skin...
Video Crossfader is "abrupt cut" if you double click (using mouse and probably with touch screen) on preview monitors to go from left to right right to left. in VDJ 6 you would tape it and video crossfader would glide from left to right right to left therefore it doesn't really matter what video transition you have selected because the change is abrupt.
Verified that its skin related as I tried VDJ 7 with the VDJ 6 skin. More findings on this.. crossfader is smooth using VDJ 7 2-deck skins but not with 4 and 6 deck skins. Hope that information helps.
On the 6 deck skin (1280x1024) the sync does not function on deck 3. It's as if its not mapped (can't see the mapping when mouse pointer placed on top of sync). There is no 'deck 3 sync' for deck 3, all the others are there though. Deck 2 sync says "deck 3 sync" instead of "deck 2 sync" and deck 3 sync is nothing. Hope that information helps.
