Has anyone had any experience of using DJ Tech Kontrol One's?
Came across them and toying with selling my NDX 800's and going pure MIDI, but go for 4 of these units (makes sense with the release of V7).
As they are standard MIDI, mapping in would be ok...

only tested it briefly .. so i cant really say for sure.. but i was kind impressed.. specially with it having touch sensitive jogwheels.
(most cheap midi controllers dont have this..)
They also have other controllers that are pretty nice.. watch out for this producer.. they are on a roll it seems ;)

I like the fact they are just MIDI controllers for decks.
I have a nice four channel mixer, and at present am using NDX800's or DJ Steel (if using Konsole)...but as I rarely use the CDJ function of the NDX800's I thought I'd look at just MIDI controllers...I have to say, the price is a little high though - Direct from DJ Tech (remember I want 4) each one will cost me £218 that's £872 in total!!!!!!.....not sure I want them that much!
I could buy another two NDX800's for just over half that price...Had they been around the £100 mark (I mean...come on, how much can it really cost to produce MIDI controllers!), I'd have got some shipped.

you can actually mix with just one :) it has a button on top to switch what deck you want to control :) Up to 4 decks, from 1 unit.
But i can understand why you would want 4 units though .. :)
