I just upgraded to version 7 and only the 2 deck skin works.... alll of the other VDJ 7 skins give me an XML Error at line 313. I've downloaded and installed twice now and same thing.

One other thing to note when the splash screen comes up it says it's loading VDJ 6.1.2 Pro

Nevermind.... I just figured out that the EXE file name changed from virtualdj.exe to virtualdj_pro.exe and my icon was associated with the other file name which explains why the skins weren't working and why the difference/un-updated splash screen.... my bad.

So I guess that the best thing to do is to remove and previous versions of Virtual DJ that might be on your computer before downloading version 7? Would that be an accurate process?

No it's useless; Just be sure not to use a v7 skin (only for v7) with VDJ v6
