Looks like you forced it on there so I'd say its wrong....................

you are missing the bolt
 
Looks like the wrong T for the tube. There are usually 2 tube diameters. You got the wrong one for that size tube. Looks like you forced it. Find a T with the right sizes.

Yeah, you'll get this from the black stuff.

Looks like the top two bolt's are to tight, loosen them off and then fit the bolt at the bottom.

I'll post pick's of my T Bar tonight.

Thanks Charlie. I think I'm gonna have to return it. I have the bolt but it wont close completely.
 
 

Don't know if you got it sorted but FYI I don't recommend that black stuff, here's some pic's of my t bar setup.
