Hello, I submitted a ticket to virtual DJ and got an ambiguous answer. I responded with more questions and have not gotten a response yet (not too happy). I am basically trying to find out the exact price to upgrade from the virtual DJ LE TC version ( the one that comes with herculees deejay trim and scratch 4&6 package) to the fully functional pro version. Here is the response I got from VDJ support:
"Upgrading from this VDJ LE version to VirtualDJ Pro could be about 20% off the regular VirtualDJ Pro price could be $249 usd or less. Be aware that there is a single DJTrim sound card sale and other with timecodes and virtualdj le. This last one is the only one with VirtualDJ LE included"
- Ok this line is confusing me "could be about 20% off the regular VirtualDJ Pro price, could be $249 usd or less". What does "Could be" mean? Why is the upgrade price not fixed? Also, "249Usd or less", hmmm well which is it? I need exact prices as I am on a budget. I don't want to hear that it could be 249 or it could be less. If it is less just tell me!
- BTW,why is support taking so long to answer me, this is such an easy question. I will not buy virtual DJ unless I know the exact price. Anyone know the upgrade price.

I purchase a Hercules RMX 3 years ago and it came with Virtual DJ LE. With my purchase I could subcribe to Virtual DJ, and upgrade for only $149.99. I don't know where this 20% is from? If you purchase a MIDI with the LE virsion you should be able to upgarde, it shouldn't be more than what I paid? I hope this has been helpful?

There's an easy step to find out what your discount will be:
1- Register. Enter your license code that is printed on the sleeve of VDJ in Modify My Profile at the top of this page.
2- If registered, click on Buy. Your discount will be calculated based on the version you are using now.

Yes I am aware of this process, but I have not purchased the Herculees Trim and scratch sound card package that comes with Virtual DJ LE TC. I am on a budget and need to know the exact price.

Hello, if your product did not have an LE version inside you would need to pay the full price.

Ok you would think that this is a super easy question. I have sent 3 tickets and it has been about a week. Here is the entire ticket/response from VDJ.
