If you have pitch reset on load active that's normal... Your pitch resets each time you load a new song and the controller must catch up the software...

Even if you use sync your stuffed then despite altering the settings in config.
I get this and it's annoying, a pitch reset button on your controller is a good way to sort this as sliding the pitch back and fourth on the fly is a bit dangerous.

Another option in VitualDJ Pro is to change the mapping (CONFIG -> Mappers) of the pitch slider to pitch_relative instead of pitch_slider.

Can show_text be updated to support ``?
The following does not currently work:
show_text "get text 'You are listening to `get loaded_song "title"` at `volume` volume."
Also, if the message is longer than the actual text display (As in the case of the above), the scrolling position starts from the wrong place.
Calling show_text should reset the scroll position back to 0.
