I'm trying to pinpoint if its my PC or my drive causing it, but every time I load a song to a deck there is a momentary freeze before it starts loading the song. Do you other external HD users experience this?

Sometimes when I click on a folder in the browser section and that folder is on my external drive it will. I have read that this can happen cause you HD has to start spinning back up. The audio and video still play but my screen will freeze for a sec or 2, no big deal for me. I'm no good when it comes to this tech stuff, lol, but I'm sure someone will chime in and give you more answers.
