Topic: Mini MAC.............

In another forum I read some user was using a Mini MAC,

. He was using it with the NS7, anyways I was wondering if anyone else is using a Mini MAC?? If so what are your setting, what are you using it with (Controller, Timecodes, etc....), just Audio, or are you able to run Videos as well. What monitor are you using also??

The mac mini older generations lack the power for heavy video work. Also they do not have a second video output for Video mixing.
The new generation has a HDMI and a mini display port output its not clear to me if these can be both used at the same time.
You may want to ask the apple sales team about that one. The new one seems to pack more punch on the video side also. It features a more powerful nvidia chipset.

I used a mac mini previously for audio which it performed well in the end I sold it when I moved over.
