I have a hercules RMX, it is connected through my computer on USB and my stereo system through the red and white audio cords. When i move the sliders on my RMX they also slide on the software, so it would appear nothing is wrong, except for the fact that it does not actually change the volume level or let me crossfade. Everything else is working fine, i can scratch, play/pause, change the gain, bass, treble, all that stuff. Anyone know a fix to this problem?

It sounds like you don't have the "Config::Sound Setup" set correctly..
post your "Sound Setup" settings please.
