I never really used my Hercules controller but I now have a se for it. Tried it and yes have the hypersensative jogwheel issue. I sent several emails to support and opened at ticket at Hercules. They have not returned any messages. Anyone have any ideas how to get these guys? I went all over the website and can't find anything.

First of all, update FIRMWARE and DRIVERS for the console from www.hercules.com
It fixes most cases of hypersensitive jogwheels.
If it does not fix it, contact Hercules at same website

Also, make sure you have the 'scratch with jogwheels' setting unchecked in the 'remote control' settings for hercules. If you do scratch, then you would want the wheels to be as sensitve as possible, but I have found that for most situations, it is much more convenient to have the wheels act as a 'nudge.' Some skins allow you to switch between sratch & nudge without going into the config screen; that makes it even more convenient.
