Just bought a Hercules RMX to do a birthday party and i downloaded the latest driver (2010_HDJS_2) for Windows Vista and my computer says its ready to use but when i try to open virtual dj, it says "controller not detected"....am i missing a step???

HELP!! I just installed Virtual DJ and I'm using the Hercules RMX and when I'm playing a song it stops until I touch either a fader or button and then it comes back on. Whats up???

Have you guys tried going to the CONFIG tab in the top right. Then trying the "Sound Setup" tab to select your soundcard.
That should do it.
I disconnect and connect my RMX (I only use it for gigs) all the time.

Be sure to also download and install the latest verison of VDJ LE (5.2.2), available in the DOWNLOAD section of this site (you seril number will be required)

The LE version included with the Rmx is preconfigured to work directly and exclusively with Rmx soundcard, so the Sound Setup menu is not available.
