Ok. Problem just started tonight. Has worked perfect with my new computer last two months. A custom built with Windows 7 64 bit an I7-960 with 6 gig RAM. The computer sees the controller fine and it will still control the cd player and even the sound card works and virtual Dj with play music but nothing shows on the screen and won't control anything. And does not come up in the controller section. Virtual will use the sound card in it but won't display on the screen of the 4500 and it won't control the players in the program. It happened in 6.08 and when I upgraded to 6.1. Need this fixed before Tue night. Thanks.

first did you plug your denon into a different port than normal.
if so close vdj make sure denon is switched to midi.
connect to laptop without vdj open (port normally used).
check my computer make sure denon shows up.
now reopen vdj go to mappers.click on down box search for connected controllers.
if still not showing redownload drivers check usb lead to make sure it works.
also go to vdj in my documents make sure your mapper .xml is in mappers section

Ok, maybe it was a fluke. Just hooked it up in my house this morning and it works fine, but I will remember what usb I plugged it into, lol
