Hey guys, I've been trying out the trial Pro version to see how the DVS works.

I only have one turntable, so I'm trying to use single timecode mode.

The problem is....

The pitch resets to zero on the currently playing track when i switch the timecode to the other deck.

This only happens when Disable Pitch is selected under timecode debug.

If I turn pitch control back on, it simply takes too long for the software to recognize a stable and accurate pitch.

It takes about 20 seconds to stabilize.

This pretty much makes the DVS feature unusable, please help me!

Thanks

Hello,

I could help you with time code use and settings, but what is a DVS? Are you using Timecode CDs? Are those VirtualDJ timecodes or Serato time codes?

DVS = Digital Vinyl Simulator

Using Serato CV02 vinyl.

I'm seeing the term DVS pop up everywhere now - Even American Audio are using this terminology: Digital Vinyl System is the most common explanation.

Don't see how "Simulator" could be correct that would be AVS - Analogue Vinyl Similator which is what timecodes do...
