When I was using VDJ 5.02 i was using mappers that worked well for the Numark DMC2 and The Hercules MK2. With 6.07 i can't get the same feature with the headphone mix. I am trying to have the touch of the jog wheels cue the headphone for that side into the headphones.
Can someone tell me how to set the mapper to do this? The decks were not split in the headphones, but the song would play from the deck for whichever jog wheel i moved slightly.

I have a separate sound card for the audio out to the main speakers. i am using the hercules sound card for the headphones. How can I get to cue the song by just touching the jog wheel?

I can t even get the Hercules to split both decks into the headphones.

This has to be a mapping issue, because it works in 5.02 but not in 6.07 with the new mappers. Help anyone!

Check the CONFIG -> Options -> Auto Headphones setting.
When set to On Load, it will set the selected deck when you load a song on to it.
When set to Always, it will also set it when you scratch on a deck.
Alternatively, you can go to CONFIG -> Mappers, choose the DMC-2 in the drop-down list, then scroll through the mappings to find the jogwheel mapping.
Change it to:
jogwheel & select
Do the same for the Hercules if you want the jogwheel on that controller to do the same.

I have it set exactly the same in both 5.02 and 6.07 however it doesn t work in 6.07

Thankyou...Thankyou...Thankyou!!!!!!!!! i have spent 2 days trying to figure this out and stayed with version 5.02 for a year because i could not figure it out...... Did I say thankyou!?
The problem was with the mapping. Mapping the wheel with Jogwheel & Select fixed it.
