Ok, so heres what happens, well, the total control i have (didn't register it here since i'm not using cue le BTW) was one that didn't have firmware... so, i found the .syx file and went on my old win. xp computer to update it since the softwares weren't working with win. 7. I updated it correctly and then took it down to the win. 7 one... plugged it in, and it worked fine... until today, heres the problem.... on plugin, the mid & high eq nobs turn on as if i am trying to update the firmware again, but i didn't press the buttons down (play & Cue II) and when i press down the mid eq it goes right back up to lighting up the fx amt buttons... PLEASE HELP, i can't use the software until this gets fixed
