Topic: virtual dj 6.0.7 pro bcd 3000

由于该帖子已年深日久,可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

i have tried it all to get my virtual dj to work with my bcd3000. I have full useage for about 2-3 songs or so (or less) then the music stops. virtual dj thinks its running because when i try to close it says "are you sure music is running" i have tried all different performance settings in virtual dj. i am running the latest drivers from behringer. i always plug to same usb port. i have changed the usb power management. i have tried external hard drives, internal hard drives. changed the asio settings in the behringer contol panel. tried it on xp and vista. pc and laptop. both drivers from behringer the behringer driver and the 3rd party driver. the same. after a bit the music stops. some times right away sometimes 2,3 or 4 songs but it will stop. if i go into the performance setting of virtual dj and pretty much change or touch anything the music starts again. touching like the performance slider bar (just move it left or right does not matter) music starts again. or uncheck/check a box like overclock or safe it will start again. please help- vitual dj is great but not as a stand alone, unless your using for home or small party. I really would like to use the preview feature so i can listen to songs before I play them. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately the BCD series of consoles are well known to be very problematic and the cause of freezing and other problems. This is due to poor design of the hardware, in particular the chipset used by the sound card. I would strongly advise avoiding using these consoles. A good quality reliable alternative is the Hercules DJ Console RMX.

Some users have had success with BCD consoles by disabling their wireless networking and using a better quality USB cable to connect to the BCD (The one supplied with it is also very poor quality.)

If you use the console as a MIDI controller only (I.e: Do not use the built-in sound card), then it will normally work OK. It's the built-in sound card that causes most problems. You could use an external DJ sound card such as Numark DJIO or Native Instruments Audio 2 DJ instead of the one built into the BCD.

Do anyone know how to use the BCD 3000 as a midi controller??

How to connect it??
