Is there a way to play a CD in Virtual DJ? I'd like to put on dinner music at wedding receptions. With a CD player, I would put it on and let it play throughout dinner. Can I do that with Virtual DJ? Do the music files have to be in a specific format to be read by the software? On the same note, is there a way to have songs play automatically with Virtual DJ? Another option besides playing a CD would be to load the songs back to back from my external hard drive and have them play automatically. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.

Yes, you can play a CD through Virtual DJ. Just drag and drop the files. You can do it the Windows way or drill down through your drives in VDJ.
But...The easier way is to create a playlist using the panel on the right side. Just drag and drop the songs you want to play there. When you're done, click on the + (plus sign) in the same panel. One of your options will be Automix. It will play unattended in one deck.
I do lots of weddings and this is a life saver during cocktails and/or dinner. I don't know how I ever lived without this feature.
