I wouldn't give Pioneer a penny for their overpriced gear! lol

droooling.

So they did what I suggested last year when CDJ-2000 was about to come out: they integrated a LAN-hub to the mixes. That's fine and all, but it seems Pioneer kinda half-assed it.

If I understood correctly;

- You can't re-route MIDI/HID control data via the mixer, thus connecting up to 4 CDJ-2000/900's to laptop using just one USB-cable.

- You can't transfer audio signal via RJ45-cable, you still have to use RCA or coaxial.

There's also the fact that DJM-2000 - which has a built-in sound card - is advertised as the perfect companion for CDJ-2000/900, which also have a built-in sound card. So if you have both DJM-2000 and CDJ-2000/900, you always end up with one or more redundant sound cards.

I always said that the 800 should of had a soundcard in it, when Numark and other brands already had there mixers out that featured built in soundcards.

Don't like these digi displays/touch screen type stuff on a couple of there mixers.

Also when you look at there mixers you can't just buy one that does the job, i mean this mixer is no good for a mobile dj.

Some particular reason why it would not be any good for mobile DJs?

Andy, tell me your joking!

Just answer the question, please.
