Does anyone know how to overlay a video clip with transparent background or (Chromo) on top of the video?
This may have been discussed before in the forums but I have yet to find it. Basically I am trying to run an active video clip over the top of the video without it blocking out the video in the background.

I believe you want to do that with VirtualDJ, but did you try the software "resolume"? it can bpm-sync so it might solve your problem albeit indirectly
