I had a quick test, and seems to be working fine. As always, I used AppCleaner to remove the old version before installing 6.0.3.
Subjectively I'd say scratching and keylock sounds better. The former was never and issue since I'm not into scratching - even less so with jogwheels. The latter on the other hand has been a much expected feature.

i cant believe my eyes. I can finally use my hercules steel right stop button...... PLUS all the lagging has gone.
So far so good, only had a slight glitch for some reason i could not open the manual bpm edit, i shut down and reopened and it seemed to do the trick. So far the only crash i am getting is when i close the program.
I dont have the time to check more until end of the week but i have done a lot of slagging of to you guys (and i had a valid reason) but if all is ok i will be glad to say thank you and well done.
I may finally be able to use vdj mac for the first time live at a gig, fingers crossed.

It seems almost malicious, but VT 6.0.3 Mac when open If one goes and opens config option an click on anything to reconfigure the sound cards and press apply only one deck plays with the Denon DN-S1200 the other deck goes back to the default computer soundcard. Soundcard reconfig does not get saved. As far as i am concerned this is a beta version still. That would be a major blow for me to use this at a live event and loosing one channel in the middle of a gig.
Anyways, an update Is an update thank you Virtual DJ staff. An A for the effort!

Just installed 6.0.3 version of VirtualVinyl and guess what? The timecode is still f*****d!
First off here are my specs:
2.4 gHz MacBook with 4 gigs of RAM
Snow Leopard 10.6.2
VirtualVinyl soundcard with Serato CV02 timecode vinyl
Just like in 6.0.2, timecodes don't work properly in relative mode in 6.0.3. When I adjust the pitch on the turntable the keylock doesn't work and when I change the pitch on my turntable the track speeds up but there is no change in VV's pitch display (stays at 0% and pitch slider on skin doesn't move). Also, I have to click on the output in the timecode window of the config menu like 50 times before it does what it's supposed to, and then when I close the config window the sound disappears. Funny thing is that everything works as it should in absolute and smart relative mode.
I'm so pissed right now. Seriously... wtf???
This issue was mentioned by me and a couple of other people during the previous update and I see absolutely nothing was done about it. So once again I'll have to revert back to 5.0.2.

I should also mention that after a bit the VV souncard went nuts and caused the tracks to play erratically when the vinyl stopped. I've reverted back to 5.0.2 (thank god for the back-up program SuperDuper) and everything is back to normal.

AppCleaner is third-party utility that removes application and all the files associated with it. It's free and you can download it from here.
It's just a precaution, but the point is to prevent a situation where your application is version X but the assosiated files are for version Y, which could theretically mean they are not compatible with each other.
This principle applies to all Mac software, not just VDJ. Sometimes applications install some additional config files, libraries etc. which won't get deleted when you just drag the application to trash can. That's why using an utility like AppCleaner is recommended.

Hola, me gustaria si me pueden ayudar para saber donde puedo conseguir el Virtual 6 de prueba para MAC ya que tengo un Macbook pro 13", 2,56 Ghz con 4M y lo quiero hacer endar con un Numark Omnicontrol. Ahora lo tengo sonando con un HP en versión Windows y me reconoce todas las funciones del Omni Control.

Having trouble with timecode also. I configured the timecode settings and hit apply and then crashes. I also use app cleaner to delete previous virtual dj pro and still has the same problem.

Installed up date last night. Same problems with video freezes. Went back to 5.21 -- so I'm still in business. BTW, did the same thing with windows in boot camp... same result.

I cannot make my ESI U46DJ work with either with the 5.2 version nor the 6.03 version. When I go to the sound configure menu I choose the u46dj sound card , external mixer and double timecodes and 4 channel card. When I push the "apply" botton the system crashes after it stucks for 2 minutes.
I have to mention thea I have installed the latest mac drivers for my sound card and the systems sees it allright untill the time I am trying to use it with virtual dj.
Is there any solution to this problem? As a second solution I have ordered the hercules rmx which works fine with the 6.03 version as I read the above posts...But I prefer using other controllers like numark which doesn't have a soundcard or timecodes that i found them easier...

I checked ESI's website and in the download section there is only "Control panel" for U46DJ and U46SE, but not any actual driver.
I haven't tested the U46DJ with Mac, but I once tested my friends U46SE which is basicly the same device without phono-preamps. That device was not compatible with Mac OS X as a multi-channel device. I was able to use it only as single-channel standard USB-audio device.
Product manual doesn't even mention any kind of CoreAudio/Mac OS X support.
