ive just bought a new hp laptop all the top spec,core 2 duo ,4 gig ram ,500 gig of hard drive rah rah and windows 32 vista home premium,on buying my new toy i decided to upgrade from traktor le to traktor pro sounds simple so far....eh,anyways i installed the traktor programme no probs ,then it started up again no probs,then it went to an online service centre which gave me a downloadable update for my mapping software for the vci 100 i have still no probs at this point,so its all updated installed and ready to go im already bobing my head in anticipation of rockin the windows out when fuck me the thing crashes after 10 seconds of start up ,not put off i try again same thing but within 2 seconds,and again ,uninstall ,install uninstall,install fuck alls working ,ive turned off the firewall and other apps nothing is working, ive been on to the germans at traktor and so far not had a reply,i know very little about computers....so im left with a few questions is the new laptop bolloxed or is it the software ,having said that i managed to get the software to work on a smaller laptop i own but even thats crashing now,thats on xp,im also using an external m audio pro sound card,but cant stay on long enough to configure it lol,if anyone can help i be muchly appreciative thanks in advance

You're more likely to get help over at the Traktor forum if it's Traktor that's crashing surely?
