Topic: rmx serial number? just a piece of paper?

i try to inport my rmx serial number in my profile , in order to have licenses in downloading section. my rmx has just a piece of paper whith a serial number on it (which can easily go away after some uses of the console), instead of a strong and permanent label . is that really my serial number? there is no other text or numbers on the device. When i use that number , the system "tells" me that it is invalid. what should i do? I read in a forum that i have to use the number from the envelope style paper case that includes the cd , but it doesn't make sense to me. I hope that i dont need that , because i have lost it!

It appears you are already an LE user. But do not put in the serial from the RMX itself. Use the serial on the CD that came with the RMX.
 
oops! you are right .Thanks. i had forget that. i registered in the past and i forgot. now i am curius why the system told me that i don't have the licenses to download the "Hercules Mapper Pack".
 
That pack is only available for Professional users, not LE users.
