Hello, I have VDJ 6 and my controller is the Vestax VCI-100 and I have the DJ IO for a soundcard. For some reason when music is playing I get random destortion for about 10 to 15 secs I'm not sure what could be causing this can somone please help thank you..

What are you using for master output from laptop to mixer?
Is the master audio coming through the DJIO or direct from Laptop to mixer?
I tried the DJIO a couple of years ago and sold it on ebay about 2 days later.
Audio direct from laptop can be noisy but a ground loop fixes that.
