Topic: BPM search ERROR

Will anyone tell me Why VV6.0.2 crashes when I search my external HD(itself)?

The search crash is a ghost that's been with us a long time however the majority of users don't see it. I've read that it has been fixed in previous versions but for some it still pops up from time to time. I had the issue a couple of years ago and I "think" my problem was having too many files in a single folder but I was never sure that was the cause. Shortly after having the search crash I upgraded to VISTA and I've never had the problem again. So I'm not sure what fixed the problem. (I had the crash searching Internal drives)

I would suggest searching the forum and read what others have had to say on the topic.
