Topic: Can't register product due to old username

由于该帖子已年深日久，可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

Basically put I had a old username on here, which either was deleted or I have completely forgotten all my information, but when I try to register my Cue product, of course I get a message saying it has already been registered. Is there anyway I can get this issue resolved?
