Topic: having problems recording video mix.

Hello!!

I been tryin to record a video mix, but vdj keeps tellin me **error found** video codec not found.
where can i get the codec and what kind of codec is it? please help! i been tryin to figure this out for awhile.. i know some one might of had the same problem i just havent found a post with that info. thank you very much.

oh yeah!! i have xp system!

search the forums there are several post regarding this problem and the solution.
 
you could try downloading the k lite pack of codecs...
 
what codac is the essential for recording video? i download the mpg4 codac and still nothing.
 
ok i think i got it, but when i press record.. all it says is waiting to start.. when i press play on the turntable. vdj wont record anything.. it just keeps sayin waiting to start.
 
You can disable the auto start feature by clicking on config (on the recording tab) then unchecking auto start.
