Does anyone know how to map out the hc4500 with virtual to make the cue points and the effects buttons work? I am using native support at the moment.

If you are using the native support in v6, the 1-5 buttons work as hotcues as standard. The effect buttons can be assigned by pressing MEMO and then the effect button. Alternatively, you can map them to an effect of your choice via CONFIG -> Mappers - Simply change their mapping to: effect 'Name' active ...E.g: effect 'Flanger' active
If you are using VirtualDJ v5.2, the default mappings cannot be changed. You can use the Denon HC4500 custom mapper though (This is not compatible with v6 but works well with v5.2.1): http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/4558/Denon_DN-HC_4500_Mapper.html
