I have outlined the process for intact upgrading which you did not follow or listen to loading v6 when it should have been 4.3.
The fact that part of the database is showing up rather than all or nothing is a problem.
If you can't make the 3.x version show it's database, I would rescan the database and start over.
Had you done this as I suggested, the outcome would probably been different.
Please do not open multiple threads or tickets for the same problem.
